In FY 2008, the CFR implemented a new strategy in order to develop a better understanding of the individual data needs of the EScore counties. The CFR implemented the use of the EScore Planning Report tool, which uses the Do, Study, Reflect, Plan process, in order to facilitate a discussion between the CFR and each county Family and Children First Coordinator to identify the data needs of the individual county. The planning report allows each county to communicate with the CFR what their forecasts are about both a) what you as a county want to know about your county’s overall service coordination efforts from the data; and b) how you as a county would like to use this ESCORE data for local planning purposes. As the CFR is going to be analyzing and reporting data back to each county, the CFR needs to make sure that we understand exactly what kind of information would be most useful to your county. The planning reports below have been posted with the consent of the Family and Children First Coordinator.
