EScore offers each participant county the ability to collect data relevant and related to the county service coordination effort. However, EScore is not just a service which collects data without providing return to the service users. EScore provides information back to the counties on the data that the individual county has entered into the system. This data return function has expanded and grown in response to the needs of the counties as the EScore project has continued.
